Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what information the Super Future Fitness website (superfuturefitness.com) collects and how it's used. Super Future Fitness is located at 157 Boston Post Road, North Windham, CT 06256.
What this website collects
The website has no account logins and no forms. We don't ask for your name, email or payment details on this site. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can be delivered securely.
How we measure the website
We want to know how the site is used so we can make it better. We do this in two ways, and neither uses cookies:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: our hosting provider counts visits, pages viewed, the website that sent you here, your country, your type of device and how fast pages load. Cloudflare says it doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites.
- Our own measurement: the site notes which pages are viewed, how a visit started (for example a Google search, a Facebook ad or a link with a campaign tag), which buttons and links are tapped (such as Join, Start Trial, call, email, directions, apparel and the menu), class schedule use, video plays, how far down a page you scroll and roughly how long you stay. To tell a first visit from a return visit, your browser keeps a random code in its local storage for up to one year. We also record your approximate city, state and country and your type of device (phone, tablet or computer). We don't record your IP address, name, email, phone number or anything you type, and we don't sell this information or use it to identify you. It is kept for up to 13 months.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, our own measurement is switched off. You can also switch it off in this browser here:
Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram ads)
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It records visits to our pages, and when a Join or Start Trial button or our phone number is tapped, and when the sign-up confirmation page opens after you join, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show ads to people who may be interested in Super Future Fitness. Meta may use cookies and similar technology, and may link this information with your Meta account. You can manage this in your Facebook ad preferences. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Read more in Meta's privacy policy.
Joining, trials and class booking (ClubReady)
When you join, start a trial or book a class, you leave this website and use ClubReady, our membership and scheduling provider. The class schedule on our Classes page is also provided by ClubReady. Information you give ClubReady is handled under ClubReady's own privacy policy and is used to manage your membership.
Videos, apparel store and social links
- YouTube: the equipment page can play a YouTube video in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube until you tap play.
- Apparel: our apparel store is hosted by Shopify on a separate website, under Shopify's privacy policy.
- Instagram and Google Maps links open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Small browser storage
The homepage stores a tiny note in your browser's session storage to remember that our fonts have already loaded. It contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab. Our own website measurement (above) keeps a random code in local storage and a visit code in session storage. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
Children
This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes and questions
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Questions? Email [email protected] or call 860-456-0004.
